S P Joshi is a New Delhi strategic marketing consultant. He has been consulting for past 22 years and has worked extensively in areas of market entry strategy and business strategy. He was the senior advisor to NSW Business Chamber in Sydney, Australia for over 15 years.

Joshi specializes in market assessment studies, entry strategies, strategic partner search and business strategies. Kris Hill has more than 30 years of experience in US taxation of S corporations, privately held C corporations, partnerships, high net worth individuals, private foundations, and trusts.

She has been appointed as a member of the AICPA S Corporation Technical Resource Panel in May 2020.

While having been Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, she also served as the lead technical expert for individual foreign tax credit and the regional technical resource for S corporation issues.  While serving in Deloitte’s national tax office, she also identified a technical correction needed for individual AMT and worked with the Joint Committee on Taxation on the solution, which was enacted in the 2004 Working Families Tax Relief Act.

Kris hill graduated with a Masters in Tax from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, in 2004, and a BA in Management (Accounting) from Sonoma State University in 1984.
